These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sunridgemobilenotary.com (the "Site") and any related content and notary services provided by Sunridge Mobile Notary LLC ("SMN," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

2) Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use the Site in a way that violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of others.

3) Notary Services and Scope of Engagement

Notary services are provided by appointment only. Scheduling a notary appointment through this Site does not constitute a guarantee of service. SMN reserves the right to decline any notarial act at the notary's discretion, as permitted under Arizona law.

4) Fees and Payment

Notary fees are governed by Arizona law (A.R.S. § 41-316). The maximum fee is $10.00 per notarial act. Travel is billed at the current Arizona state-employee mileage reimbursement rate, round trip (per A.R.S. § 41-316(B)). No other fees, surcharges, convenience fees, or minimums are charged. Payment is collected on-site via Square at the time of service.

5) Appointments, Cancellations, and No-Shows

Appointments are by request and confirmation only. If you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, please contact us as early as possible at 623-239-1116 or rick@sunridgemobilenotary.com. Travel fees may apply for confirmed appointments where the notary has already departed to the appointment location.

6) Signer Requirements

All signers must be present in person, provide valid government-issued photo identification, and be of sound mind and acting of their own free will. The notary will refuse to perform any notarial act where these conditions are not met, as required by Arizona law (A.R.S. § 41-311).

7) Intellectual Property

The Site and its content are owned by Sunridge Mobile Notary LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute Site content without written permission.

8) No Professional Advice

Content on the Site is provided for informational purposes only and should not be construed as legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice. You are responsible for your own legal compliance and document preparation.

9) Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may link to third-party services (scheduling, email, payment processing via Square). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices.

10) Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNRIDGE MOBILE NOTARY LLC AND ITS OWNER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR NOTARY SERVICES.

12) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sunridge Mobile Notary LLC and its owner from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

13) Changes to the Site and Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates when changes were made. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14) Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

15) Severability; Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any policies referenced on the Site, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.
