2) Notary Services — Scope and Limitations

Sunridge Mobile Notary LLC performs notarial acts as authorized under Arizona law. Notarization confirms the identity of signers and the voluntary nature of signatures. It does not constitute legal review, validation of document content, or legal counsel of any kind.

You are responsible for ensuring your documents are complete, accurate, and appropriate for your intended legal purpose before presenting them for notarization. Consult a licensed Arizona attorney for legal advice regarding your documents.

3) Not Legal Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice. We do not draft legal documents, provide legal guidance, or interpret the legal effect of any document.

4) Fee Disclosure

Notary fees are governed by Arizona law (A.R.S. § 41-316). The maximum fee is $10.00 per notarial act. Travel is billed at the current Arizona state-employee mileage reimbursement rate, round trip (A.R.S. § 41-316(B)). No other fees, surcharges, convenience fees, or minimums are charged. Full fee schedule posted pursuant to R2-12-1102 and A.R.S. § 38-412.

5) Refusal of Service

The notary reserves the right to refuse any notarial act where required conditions are not met — including valid identification, signer capacity, voluntary consent, or document completeness — as required and permitted under Arizona law.

6) Third-Party Services

The Site may reference third-party services (payment processing via Square, scheduling, email). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, security, or policies.

7) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUNRIDGE MOBILE NOTARY LLC AND ITS OWNER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR NOTARY SERVICES.
